My device isn't syncing

  • Make sure you have Internet connection and Encircle is left open. Encircle will stop syncing if the app closes or your screensaver comes on.
  • Try using a browser to access the website. If you can access the website and Encircle still does not sync call or email us at team@encircleapp.com

DO NOT DELETE the app from your mobile device as that will lose any changes that have not been synced to our servers.
