My device isn't syncing

  • Make sure you have Internet connection and Encircle is left open. Encircle will stop syncing if the app closes or your screensaver comes on.
  • Try using a browser to access the website. If you can access the website and Encircle still does not sync call or email us at

DO NOT DELETE the app from your mobile device as that will lose any changes that have not been synced to our servers.
