I cannot see my claims in the Encircle Claims Inbox

Possible Reasons:

1. Using the Wrong Product

Mobile

  • Go to Settings -> Account Information.
  • Scroll to the bottom and ensure you are set to the correct Encircle Product.
  • If not, Select the Encircle Product from the list.

Web

  • Go to Account Settings.
  • Check your Current Product.
  • If incorrect Press Change Product, make the correct selection and press Proceed.

2. Using the Wrong Organization

If you created an account but have not yet been invited to your company's organization you will only see the claims that you personally have created.  To see your company's claims you need to receive an invite from an organization administrator in that organization.
