Navigating the Encircle Inbox

All of the Claims will be created and manged in the Inbox. From here you can search, edit, archive, open and create new claims.

  1. Select the desired Inbox folder.
  2. Enter text to search on fields displayed to find an entry.
  3. Click on any line to open the file claim.
  4. Select the Pencil icon to edit the claim header information.
  5. Select the Check Box to give a visual indication of "open" or "closed" status.
  6. Select the "Leave Claim" option to remove yourself from the claim and remove it from "My Claims" Inbox.
  7. Select the Delete icon to delete a claim.
  8. Select to view additional pages of claims.
