External Automated Claim Set up

Setup External Software to automatically generate claim assignments in Encircle.

  1. Go to Customize.
  2. Copy the email address in the box at the top.
  3. Log into your third party software.
  4. Click on the Administration drop down menu and select “Contact Methods”.
  5. Click on the Add button at the bottom of the list.
  6. Select Email and enter the email address provided above.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Close the Contact Method window.

Setup Notification Rules:

  1. Click on the Administration drop down menu and select Notification Rules.
  2. Click Add New Notification.
  3. Make sure the default settings are: Assignment, All, All, 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM, your time zone, your language, and all the days are highlighted.

This will ensure every third party assignment that is sent to you will generate a new Encircle assignment.

Under the Contact Method column you will see 2 drop downs: on the left drop down select Email and on the right drop down the new email address should appear. If not, select the Encircle email and save..
