External Automated Claim Set up
Setup External Software to automatically generate claim assignments in Encircle.
- Go to Customize.
- Copy the email address in the box at the top.
- Log into your third party software.
- Click on the Administration drop down menu and select “Contact Methods”.
- Click on the Add button at the bottom of the list.
- Select Email and enter the email address provided above.
- Click Save.
- Close the Contact Method window.
Setup Notification Rules:
- Click on the Administration drop down menu and select Notification Rules.
- Click Add New Notification.
- Make sure the default settings are: Assignment, All, All, 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM, your time zone, your language, and all the days are highlighted.
This will ensure every third party assignment that is sent to you will generate a new Encircle assignment.
Under the Contact Method column you will see 2 drop downs: on the left drop down select Email and on the right drop down the new email address should appear. If not, select the Encircle email and save..
