Sharing a Claim
We use the terminology "File" to represent a Claim, Inspection or Inventory depending on the product that you are using.
1. Click on the file you would like to share
2. Click the orange 'Share' button on the right hand side.
3. Add the email address of the person you want to share it with.
(If the person you are sharing with does not have an Encircle account an account will be created for them)
4. Click 'Save'
5. The claim is now shared and the recipient will receive an email notification.
6. When that email is received, the recipient needs to click 'Launch Encircle'.
7. It will then direct them to their Encircle account and the shared job will appear in 'My Files'.
8. Click the shared claim and click 'Accept Assignment'
