Sending Link from Encircle Mobile App

Link creates a connection between policyholders, service providers, contractors, and insurance carriers through the Encircle Platform. It enables policyholders to share photos in real time and sign documents remotely without downloading an app.

To send Link from the Encircle Mobile App

  1. Tap the Share button on the claim home screen.
  2. Tap the + on the Send Link line.
  3. Ensure you have the policyholder email or cell phone number.
  4. Tap the Share Via selector and select Email or Text Message. (Text message is preferred)
  5. Tap the Select Room(s) selector and select the rooms you want the policyholder to document and tap Select.
  6. Tap the Add Document(s) selector and select documents to send for review or signature. Tap Select. Note the documents need to be created prior to this step. See Creating a Signable Document.
  7. Press Save
