How to set up billing contacts

For larger organizations that have dedicated billing contacts, we provide a simple mechanism to ensure they receive all billing communications without having to add them directly to Encircle.  

To complete the steps below you must login as an organization administrator within Encircle.

  1. Click Billing.
  2. Go to the section, Additional email addresses to receive notifications, and click the Edit Email Addresses button.
  3. Type in the email address for the person to receive billing notifications.  Click Add.  Click Save.
