How to set up billing contacts

For larger organizations that have dedicated billing contacts, we provide a simple mechanism to ensure they receive all billing communications without having to add them directly to Encircle.  To complete the steps below you must be an organization administrator within Encircle.

  1. Open the Encircle Web app ( and login.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. You will see a section that says "Additional email addresses to receive notifications: 0" with a button called "Edit Email Addresses".  Click it.
  4. Type in the email address for the person to receive billing notifications.  Click Add.  Click Save.
