How to set up billing contacts
For larger organizations that have dedicated billing contacts, we provide a simple mechanism to ensure they receive all billing communications without having to add them directly to Encircle. To complete the steps below you must be an organization administrator within Encircle.
- Open the Encircle Web app (https://encircleapp.com) and login.
- Click Billing.
- You will see a section that says "Additional email addresses to receive notifications: 0" with a button called "Edit Email Addresses". Click it.
- Type in the email address for the person to receive billing notifications. Click Add. Click Save.
You are all set!
